BAKING WITH MY FAMILY
Last Saturday I made chocolate eclairs with my Irish family. On Sunday, after mass we went to the shop to buy all the ingredients. After watching Dublin achieving their victory in the All Ireland football match, we decided to celebrate by baking.
Recipe: CHOCOLATE ECLAIRS
-4 ounces of butter
-Pinch of salt
-Half a pint of water
-Small piece of sugar
-5 ounces of strong flour
-4 eggs
-Cream chocolate
(180 grades/35 minutes).
